Please enter through the Ronald S. and Jo Carole Lauder Building entrance at 11 West 53rd Street, located just east of the main Museum entrance and adjacent to The Modern restaurant. A Groups and Tours staff member, easily identifiable with a red clipboard, will be there to welcome you.
Kindly note that coat check and lockers are unavailable, so please be prepared to carry all personal belongings throughout your visit. Before arriving, we recommend reviewing the list of prohibited items, including skateboards and luggage.
To ensure a seamless experience, tours must conclude at the scheduled time, even if your group arrives late. If your group is more than 30 minutes late, the tour will be canceled, and latecomers will not be permitted to join once the tour has begun. For security reasons, all guests must remain with their guide for the entire duration of the tour.
