Judicial Review of AAT Decisions

Judicial review of decisions by the AAT must be done in the Federal Court NOT the Federal Circuit Court – see s 476(2)(b).

[476] (2)      The Federal Circuit Court has no jurisdiction in relation to the following decisions:

(b)      a privative clause decision, or purported privative clause decision, of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal on review under section 500;
