Equipment hire includes Boots, Poles and Skis. Helmet are additional. Ski hire starts from 8th January 2025
There is an option of packages for beginners, intermediate, advance and junior skiers.
Please note Junior skiers are between 120 – 140cm in height.
Delegates are encouraged to contact the CPE team if they wish to have a different number of ski hire days.
Once you have booked and paid for the ski hire, you will receive an email from us requesting further information needed to finalise your booking.

Join your fellow delegates for a welcome drink to kick off the exciting conference week ahead.
We will meet for a welcome drink at Hotel Villa Argentina Cortina d’Ampezzo, followed by the welcome dinner. Delegates find this is a great event to meet each other and the CPE Conferences Team, within the ambiance of the Hotel Villa Argentina. The dress code is smart casual.

Join your fellow delegates for a welcome dinner to kick off the exciting conference week ahead.
Following the Welcome Drinks, stay around and enjoy a delightful 3-course dinner. Enjoy exquisite cuisine while getting to know the other attendees, this event is the perfect setting to connect with other attendees and share insights about Cortina and other local attractions. Includes a three-course menu. Prices exclude drinks.
Cost: If you are staying at the Villa Argentina and have booked and paid through CPE Travel, the cost of the Welcome Dinner is included in your accommodation, however drinks will be charged to you on consumption. Please sign for all drinks consumed and settle your account upon check out.
If you are not staying at the Villa Argentina the cost is $130 AUD per person, drinks will be charged to you on consumption, please settle your account on the night.
We kindly ask that all guests planning to attend the welcome dinner register to attend – regardless of which category you fall into.

Private lessons for 1 hour in duration for 1 person – dates and times available will be confirmed to you
Private lessons for 1 hour in duration for 2 people – dates and times available will be confirmed to you
Group Lessons – 3 hours per day for 3 days – 8th, 10th, 12th January, morning lessons
Group Lessons – 3 hours per day for 5 days – 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, morning lessons

Beginner lessons meet down at Lacedal – you must get the 3a bus from the front of the hotel with your equipment. The skipass with skis gives you access to the bus.
All other lessons depart from Pocol ( across the carpark from the Hotel Villa Argentina).

Cortina Ski Pass – is only for the Cortina ski area (perfect for beginners or intermediates who won’t be doing the Sella Ronda).
Please note ski passes will be distributed at the Welcome Drinks on the 7th January so you need to attend this to pick up your passes.
The start day of the passes is only available from the 8th January 2025.
Senior Passes available for those born before 31/12/1959
Junior Passes available for those born after 1/1/2007

For those who want to ski outside of the Cortina region you will be required to purchase a Super Ski Pass. It is required for the Sella Ronda or the Marmolada. However a day pass for super ski can be purchased. Please see other Superski Passes to purchase those.

Sella Ronda

Looping around the mighty Sella massif, this 70km ski experience on the Sella Ronda ski route is truly a one of a kind social event. The loop is designed so that you’ll never ski the same run twice with runs varying from intermediate to advanced.
The Sella Ronda is a full day ski activity accompanied by local Italian Alpine guides where you traverse around a group of mountains called the Sella crossing through many Alpine Italian towns, ascending to beautiful peaks and not a single run is done twice over the day. We begin the day by ascending up the cable car at lagazuoi to enjoy breathtaking views of the Dolomites and will ski around the entire Sella over the course of the day. We will enjoy a few apres ski drinks (at delegates own expense) before returning to Cortina d’Ampezzo.
There will be stops for food along the way, however this is not included in the price and we recommend you pack snacks for the day.
For the Sellaronda Skiers and Snowboarders must be intermediate and confident. Snowboards have to be able to get themselves along the flats (therefore must be quite confident). Dolomiti passes are required to participate.
Delegates will meet in the foyer of the Hotel Argentina by 7.15am with their ski equipment.
There will be stops for food along the way, however this is not included in the price and we recommend you pack snacks for the day.

Ristorante Col Druscié at 1,778 m offers one of the most spectacular views of the Ampezzo Valley and the Dolomites. You will be picked from Hotel Villa Argentina and transported to the Freccia nel Cielo Gondola to enjoy your ride up to Col Druscie for dinner and drinks. Enjoy traditional cuisine and the finest of wines, surrounded by breathtaking views, all whilst observing the starry sky – creating an unforgettable dining experience. After dinner travel back down the mountain by gondola and then transferred back to the Hotel Villa Argentina. This is one of the most unique dining experiences in Cortina.
